Application terms

These are starter terms for the PumpUniversity pilot. They must be completed with the operator's legal identity, jurisdiction, travel policy, contact information, and counsel review before applications open publicly.

Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, provide truthful and current information, join the announced online trials if shortlisted, complete finalist identity verification, and be able to participate in Miami from September 24–28, 2026 if selected.

Public applicant listing

By submitting with the public-display confirmation checked, you permit PumpUniversity to list your creator username, optional profile picture, submitted Twitch and X links, and optional connected public wallet address in Applied Creators. A public listing confirms submission only and does not imply endorsement, shortlisting, or selection. Other application details remain nonpublic.

Connected accounts

X and wallet connections are optional and processed through Privy. PumpUniversity does not need your password, wallet seed phrase, private key, or authorization to move funds.

No application fee

PumpUniversity does not charge an application fee. Applicants should disregard anyone requesting money, passwords, authentication codes, private keys, or wallet seed phrases in exchange for selection.

Selection is not guaranteed

Submitting an application does not guarantee review, a trial invitation, Miami selection, compensation, travel coverage, lodging, prizes, or any other benefit. Creator-fee revenue is intended to support shared house, food, drink, production, and approved creator expenses, but this does not guarantee coverage of every participant's travel or personal costs. Full cost and logistics terms must be provided before a finalist accepts.

Creator ownership and media

Applicants retain ownership of their channels and original work. Separate trial and participant agreements will describe any permissions needed to monitor streams or feature creator names, likenesses, clips, and event footage.

Platform responsibilities

Applicants and participants remain responsible for complying with Twitch and X rules, copyright law, sponsor disclosures, and the rules of any other service they use. PumpUniversity is not operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Twitch or pump.fun.

Selection and conduct

PumpUniversity may decline or remove applicants for false information, harassment, unsafe behavior, rule violations, repeated non-participation, or conduct that threatens creators, viewers, staff, or production.
