Privacy
This notice explains the intended data practices for the PumpUniversity pilot website. The operator must add working contact details and complete legal review before opening applications publicly.
Information collected
The application collects your legal name, creator username, email address, general location, time zone, Twitch and X profile links, optional profile picture, optional connected X account and public wallet address, audience range, equipment information, written answers, availability confirmations, and travel-support preference.
How information is used
Information is used to review applicants, contact candidates, operate the online trials, plan the Miami program, prevent duplicate submissions, protect participants, and maintain application records.
Public creator profile
After you consent and submit, the homepage may display only your optional profile picture and the public creator identities you provide: your X handle and/or Twitch handle. It may also display whether your creator identity is verified and whether your application is submitted or accepted. Your legal name, email, wallet address, location, time zone, written answers, audience details, equipment, availability, and travel-support preference stay private.
Private review
Full applications are available only through the authenticated PumpUniversity admin dashboard. Admin access is restricted by a server-side allowlist, and private application responses are not returned by the public creator API.
Connected accounts
Optional X and wallet connections are handled through Privy. PumpUniversity stores the connected account identifiers needed for review and verification. A connected wallet address remains private and is never displayed on the public creator profile. PumpUniversity never asks for or stores your wallet seed phrase or private key.
Profile pictures
Submitted profile pictures are stored in public object storage because they are intended for the public creator profile. Do not upload an image you do not want displayed publicly.
Identity verification
The initial form does not collect government ID. Finalists may be asked to verify their identity through a separate secure process before joining the Miami class. The verification method, access, retention, and public identity requirements must be explained before consent.
What we never need in this form
Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, wallet seed phrases, private keys, payment-card details, government identification numbers, home addresses, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Sharing and retention
Access to nonpublic application data is limited to authorized selection, safety, and production staff. Data should be retained only as long as needed for selection, program operation, legitimate recordkeeping, and legal obligations.
Your choices
Before public launch, the operator must add a working email address for access, correction, listing removal, and deletion requests where applicable.
