The planned house offers multiple living and production spaces, a pool, athletic areas, fitness space, and room for group formats. That gives the class distinct zones for individual streams, meals, collaboration, and downtime.

The property is the planned venue. Final booking, house rules, occupancy approval, and access details will be confirmed privately with selected creators.

Where project revenue goes

Creator fees fund the experience.

Creator-fee revenue generated by PumpUniversity is allocated directly toward the shared event budget rather than treated as a separate profit pool.

Four nights at a private Miami property, including booking costs, required services, and event operations.

Shared meals, water, snacks, and event-day hospitality for creators and the production team.

Production

Streaming internet, equipment, set dressing, local transport, staff, security, and safety needs.

Creator support

Approved travel support and other participation expenses when the final event budget allows.

Rates and availability can change until the reservation is confirmed. Finalists will receive the approved travel, lodging, meals, conduct, filming, and personal-cost terms before accepting a place.
